On this page you’ll find a "Plain English" guide to my terms and conditions.

Personal Information Privacy Policy:

Contact details including telephone numbers, addresses and email addresses of customers are always kept entirely confidential, as are photographs which are mailed or emailed to me. I never sell or pass on any customer information to anyone, whether you go ahead and commission a portrait or not.

Your Guarantee:

It has not happened yet, but if you are not satisfied with the photo of your portrait and I cannot improve it to your satisfaction, then you don’t have to buy it. For paintings, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required, to be cleared before I start work on your portrait.

If the portrait should be lost or damaged in transit then the 50% balance will be refunded, or a replacement of the portrait subject to verification.

Price Increases:

In the event of a price increase I will always honor the price shown on the website at the time of the customer commissioned portrait. The portrait is commissioned once I have received the photo reference and been given the okaley dokaley by the customer to start work.

I retain full image rights on the portraits I produce, I am willing for my customers to use the image of their artwork for any NON-COMMERCIAL purpose. Once you’ve paid for your portrait you are free to display it on social media or to make prints or copies of from it as you wish (including mugs, mouse pads, or whatever you like!) so long as they not used for profitable advertising or for resale.
